To submit a memorial please do the following:
- email a picture of your pet and a short memorial about your pet's life to: photos@saukvillevet.com
- in the email you must include your name and phone number (will not be posted)
- include the name of your pet, breed or species

By submitting your photo with your name and phone number you have given us permission to use your photo on our website.
We have the right to use, or not to use any submitted photo. We may crop or color correct any entry to better fit the content of the website.
All entrys and personal information stays exclusively with the Saukville Vet Clinic.
